Spirit Guides

Every person, while on the earth, has at least one guardian angel with them all the time. These souls who we like to call guides do so with love and not because they are compelled to. A person can, and often does have different guides at different stages of their life. A baby, for example will have a 'nanny' type guide for comfort and nurturing the little one. As the person grows older and becomes a little child he is no longer in need of a 'nanny' but a sterner 'child-minder', older still he becomes a teen-ager and enters a stage in life where decisions need to be made - a more 'guiding' guide takes over, one who could shepherd the person in the right direction. When the person enters the age of learning (late school, early college or university) a guide who is well versed in education and learning skills takes over. Only when the person enters adulthood does the guide take over who is likely to be with that person virtually for the rest of their life. The last guide change usually occurs at old-age when a comforting, 'companion' guide takes over.

There are other instances where a dramatic turn of events in the life of a person would take that person beyond the scope of the guide. Along with the guide there are also several other souls around a person during life - these are not guides but helpers. These helpers are temporary and 'task-specific', as soon as their help is no longer required they move on. If, for example, you decided to learn a new language, a helper proficient in your language and the language you intend to learn comes to your aid and helps you understand the new words, grammar and language construction as well as helping you to remember the new language. Once you have completed learning the language the helper leaves and makes way for the new helper to assist you in your new woodworking course - he again is well practiced in woodwork.

Sometimes the helper may be a helper to the guide, not specifically to you. This would be instances for example where you cultivate a drinking or drug habit, where you start an activity that would probably be harmful to you or someone else, etc. There is one other soul who also hangs around from time to time, known as a gate-keeper. Whenever you attempt any spiritual contact or work of a spiritual nature you lay yourself open in some form or another to 'evil' spirits, it is thus necessary to protect yourself and that is the job of your gate-keeper. He is in fact a kind of 'spiritual bodyguard'.

Guides and helpers are able to do their work by means of brain imprinting. They imprint thoughts on your brain which you believe to be your own, yet they come from somewhere else. Have you ever wondered where a thought comes from. How is it possible that you can not have an idea one minute and then have inspiration the next, where did that thought suddenly come from? It was given to you by guides and helpers. If you have a choice between several options and you have a leaning towards one - that leaning is courtesy of your guides and helpers. Now you can understand what inspiration, sixth sense, intuition, gut feeling, premonition, etc. come from.
